[4 Nations Day 2]AmE vs HaXx = HaXx(10 March 2009)
Please move this to the appropriate section since i have no idea where to post this seeing that there isn't an AmE subsection
HaXx starts the drafting.
Bans: Tidehunter - Pitlord - Keeper of the Light - Admiral - Puck - Nerubian Assassin - Rikimaru - Tinker
Picks: Earthshaker - Crystal Maiden + Priestess of the Moon - Queen of Pain + Warlock - Ogre Magi + Zues - Spectre + Lion - Slardar
HaXx Lanes:
Top: Earthshaker (SD-6) + Lion (Kenny)
Mid: Queen of Pain (VeelVraat)
Bot: Spectre (GeNoCiDe) + Warlock (aQuafr3sh)
AmE Lanes:
Top: Ogre Magi (toxickitten) + Slardar (Dirk-Diggler)
Mid: Zues (Sauce)
Bot: Priestess of the Moon (Dre21) + Crystal Maiden (WaR-MaGe)
We were so glad to be able to pick ES for a change, but then they countered with the cm potm pick which hurt our strat a little bit seeing that we counted on getting at least 1 of those 2 heroes. We then got queen of pain to solo for us and warlock to babysit the carry hero that would be left after their picks, and we decided on Spectre because geno loves him
We mocked kenny for being support because he usually plays carry for us and he surprised us with a decent (killsteal more!!) lion. Spectre and QoP farmed well and worked well with the ES blinking in or warlock initiating.
Thanks for the game, good luck with the rest of the games and the weekend cup, ggwp

Not to be to negative towards AmE,i doubt they would beat kknp since they have 4 players who are in the IHL and plus demonik is ex bvd.

Yeah, plz do not underestimate any of 'em. And kknp is actually regarded as a top-tier team judging by their players.

Don't ever go into a match thinking you are going to lose, the same goes for thinking that it is going to be an easy win. Just play to the best of your ability every game and learn from your mistakes. You will never know how good you would be able to play going negatively into a game, attitude causes a major difference in gameplay. You still might not win but you will be more aware of where you can improve and it makes your team stick together better, or something like that, don't quite know how to put it because i am not english
If you go into the game thinking that you are going to get raped, then you already have been raped

Re: [4 Nations Day 2]AmE vs HaXx = HaXx(10 March 2009)
Hehe ye we played them last night wasnt so bad, but solo tinker and CM plus farmed naix wasnt fun, but we wer far behind in kills, 13 - 2, we came back at 1 stage and scared the crap out of them, we wer 19 - 20 after the come back but then naix got farmed Tidehunter got blink, Naix with his "bkb" effct and Tinker who bought a BkB was difficult and we never gave up, as D4RK and DuC knw, we can defend
.
But was a good experience. Think we held them to 50 mins, and had some towers.
SHot for the words of encouragements guys, keeps the spirits hi.
