Hmmm... Not much I can say about this one. I was happy with our picks, save for the Tinker as it was experimental (but worries were soon put to rest). With my Lich being elim'd... >_< ...BM was a good choice I reckon, but it's been far too long since I've played him - so my micro was pretty crap, losing control of the pig in some fights, not being able to select the bird for better positioning. The team was there to pick up on my slack though. ^_^ Surprised D4 didn't have more hard-hitters, like Naix, etc. Dazzle was irritating at best, and without anyone to babysit (lane'ing with puck) it came as a... O_o.

lol our last pick was was insisted upon by silent, and we ended up going for it for lack of a better idea, we had a specific strat in mind, and naix wouldn't have worked.

Obviously the strat failed but we just need to practice it a bit more and fine tune our picks a bit.

what is acceptable for APM in a clannie ?

well I wouldn't say APM is such a huge factor in Dota, its more about what you do with those clicks, than how many of them there are.

Having said that though I would be worried if it was under 40 because then it means you not farming properly, most likely just auto attacking.

Something I did notice a while back though is that my results in games improved quite a bit when my APM went up. I used to be in the 80-90 area and now its normally >100.

People have said that having a higher APM "keeps you on your toes" and allows you to react faster.

I would say to aim for apm > 60 should be fine though

OMW!!! >_< lol. Yeah, I should have gone Book3. :/ Been ages since I've played BM and forgot what to build so I went for a pub build.

Yeah like Rocka said APM isnt really important, bt it helps to keep it on as close to 100 as possible, cus it means you doing more than just focusing on ur hero, by microing ur bird and unit to farm a bit more means you gonna get more done in shorter time

Yea I also dont have much to say about that game... we just played horribly. We never ganged... I got perma ganged.. I did ask for some of it, i was overstepping quite alot.

I insisted on the dazzel because i wanted to see how it did in the clannie, and it did quite well. The idea is not only for it to baby sit a carry, but to support in fights. Iv seen gravepact turn fights... im sure if there was more ganging from our part the dazzel wouldv shone.

But at the end of the day, im happy that we had a full d4rk team for a change. We really have alot of practice to do, our ganging is just plain shit (im not singling anyone out... i cant gang to save my life and as a team wer just as bad).

i keep my APM between 35 - 40 ..... but im still a imba farmer... i dunno how i do it... skills that kills!

My -APM is always up there for some reason but it's helped me dodge a few arrows/hookz as I randomly move from side to side during farming. >_< The most imba -APM I've seen is from Aqua, he's a maniac with the mouse. X_x

You should've had a semi carry d4,and you normally only get cm if you need her aura(if you have zeus/tinker etc etc).

I'd have to say out-drafted by DuC,some interesting picks but ones that all work well together when in sync(especially when pit and bm pave the way for thd)

GOod aoe,tinker is a tinker,doesn't need much else and a good carry(lion).He would've/should've chowed cm and dazzle quite easily.

like i said we were trying a specific strategy and it specifically meant not choosing a semi-carry

but it didnt go down as planned

And now you see that it doesn't work in every version .

When certain heroes get buffs and nerfs etc,you cant expect them to perform at the same level as a previous version !
